I hv written 10 emails till date since 1st August when I received it,nobody has done anything,rather shiprocket has said we are just couriers and zop & Tomshop never replied
Pathetic customer service,Tomshop is just a bunch of thieves,if they don’t take careof their customers,they will not be able to grow at all.!and these are the words of a senior retired citizen who has been cheated by them!
