Attach a clear parcel opening video showing:

The external packaging (unopened)

Opening the parcel

The damaged/defective/wrong item received

Note: The parcel opening video is mandatory. Without proper video proof, we will not be able to process your request.

Our team will review your request. If approved, a replacement will be issued accordingly.
